Madraam Engineers Ltd is an Agricultural Technology Domestication, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Research and Development conglomerate. It addresses critical needs in key sectors including agriculture innovation systems, post-harvest handling and preservation, equipment fabrication and installation, new process interventions, chain supply of processed products from developed innovative market linkages and solutions. Its footprint extends across East Africa in Addition to Kampala, Soroti Uganda.
A strong customer-focused approach, conformance to global HSE standards and the constant quest for top-class quality have built sustainable leadership in the world of innovation and scalability for its first 2 years in operation.
Research & Development Workshop Section
This runs from the company head Research & development workshop with major specialty to Manufacturing, Research & Agricultural machinery, Equipment, Post-Harvest handling technologies, Warehouse erections & mounting, building roofing, building door & window frames, automatic & manual gate frames and all other general fabrication works.
Air conditioning and Refrigeration Section
Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Supply, Installation, Repair, Service & Maintenance, Solar/HEP Cold-room Installations & Maintenance, and Repair & Maintenance for Fridges, Heating & Ventilation System.
Today the company runs a research and development centre with a self-driven, innovative team of design engineers, technicians, marketers, and accountant and support staff setting engineering benchmarks in terms of scale and complexity. MEL is involved in creating market linkages and business model streams for developed equipment with major emphasis to service, equipment production and supply with an ongoing Air conditioning & Refrigeration branch in Soroti Municipality
Who We are & History
The revolution of MEL into a technology domestication SME is among the more remarkable success stories since October 2018. Beginning with the development of a mobile solar cold-room technology for fruit clusters, manual juice extractor, Banana peelings pellets machine for poultry cluster, seed planter to enhance planting system, improved maize sheller for maize cluster, biomass dryer for the fish and fruit cluster combine to developing and generating sustainable solutions
to country wide agriculture, manufacturing, mining and processing clusters in partnership with innovation systems and clusters program Makerere University.
As of 2018 Madraam Engineers Diversified to run two Sections that include: Research and development Workshop and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration as Clustered below.
